We will be glad to help you in any way we can. We provide support to both licensed and non-licensed customers, so even if you are just evaluating our product, we will certainly answer any question you may have. You can expect to receive a reply to your question within 24 to 48 hours.

We respond to Priority Support customer enquiries within 24 hours (Monday to Friday NZ time).

We respond to all other customer enquiries within 48 hours (Monday to Friday NZ time).

Please note that these figures refer to the maximum response time. In practice, most queries are handled within just a few hours.

Being based in New Zealand we find that the fastest and most efficient way to handle all enquiries is via e-mail and therefore we do not currently offer phone support.
