HOW TO: Purchase a license

A license is purchased from our website via Share-it, our online transaction provider. We do not accept any direct sales.

To make a purchase:

  1. Go to our website purchase page: http://www.kiwisyslog.com/purchase
  2. Make your selection/s from the 'License Description' drop down menu's
  3. Enter a quantity
  4. Select the length of maintenance period you require (3, 12 or 24 months)
  5. Press 'Buy Now' to proceed

If the order is being placed for a customer, please tick 'This order is being purchased for someone else' box, and enter their details in the 'End-User' window.

You will now move to the Share-it transaction webpages. The 'CD on Demand' is selected by default at this point. To remove this option, tick the 'remove' box, and press the 'update' button.

Enter your shipping and billing information, and select the form of payment you require. Press 'Continue' to complete the order.

You will receive an e-mail from Share-it within 24 hours of placing the order, which contains confirmation of your order along with their reference number. Any queries regarding your order should quote this reference. The e-mail also contains a 15-day key for the product, to keep you going until your order is completed and your full license arrives.

Following confirmation of payment from Share-it; you will receive an e-mail from Kiwi Enterprises containing your full license details, and instructions on how to enter the license into the software.

Your license key will unlock the full functionality of the software.

You will also receive login and password information to the Kiwi Enterprises website. Your unique login will give you access to purchase Software Maintenance Plan Extensions for your existing licenses. It will also allow you to purchase additional licenses if required.
