CatTools has an export /import facility to make bulk additions/updates.

• Use the File | Database | Export menu item to create a tab delimited text file containing your devices.
• Modify the exported file with an external tool such as Excel and save it again as tab delimited format.
• Import the file back into CatTools using the File | Database | Import menu item.

Note: Password data is encrypted in files exported from CatTools. Enter passwords as clear text when adding new devices or changing existing passwords with the above method. CatTools will take care of password encryption when they are imported again.
