HOW TO: Change your reseller login password

There is one login account provided to each reseller company. This is made up of a single e-mail address and password.

If you would like to change your password to something more memorable you can do so by providing your Reseller login information at the link below:

From the Reseller Purchase page, select "Place an order for a new customer" then click the "Continue" button.

From the resulting page choose the "Change Your Login Password" option from the drop down.

You will be presented with a form allowing your to update your reseller password.

Once submitted you will be able to use the new password immediately. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the account holder for their records.

Please Note: It is only recommended that you change your login password if you are the account holder, ie. your e-mail address is used for the reseller login.
