Problem: After you install Kiwi Syslog Server you find that when you go to run the program it fails to start and displays a window similar to the one below. You may also find that a message has been written to the Errorlog.txt file (located in your Kiwi Syslog Server installation directory) that is similar to the following; Error Number: 429 | Description: ActiveX component can't create object | Module Name: modXPTheme.bas | Procedure Name: StartSubClass Solution: Your system is simply missing one of the Windows Script components that are normally installed by default. Depending on your operating system choose one of the links below to download and install the missing components. Once installed simply run the Kiwi Syslog Server installation package again and you should find that the problem has been resolved.
