| Symptoms Kiwi CatTools fails to start up or fails to run an activity. You may see the following messages in the Info Log pane and Infolog.txt file:
Reason It is most likely that the system you are running Kiwi CatTools on doesn't have the minimum scripting runtime version installed, or the files have been deleted or corrupted. Resolution Download the scripting runtime file Windows Script 5.x for your Windows operating system from the Microsoft web site and re-install to your system. Please ensure that you have stopped all non essential applications running on your machine before installing and also that you reboot after installation. If you think you are already running the latest version then we suggest you do the install anyway as this reregisters the components and has in the past proved effective in fixing this problem.
