After quickly taking a look in the log files I noticed where the infected server was.

ERROR: 457 when importing devices from a tab delimited file

Symptoms

When trying to import devices from a tab delimited file into CatTools, you may receive an error message stating the following:

Error Number: 457
Description: This key is already associated with and element of this collection.
Module Name: DBCatMain.bas
Procedure Name: CatDBDeviceImport

Reason

This error will normally occur when the import file you are using does not contain a column header row. CatTools is trying to import the first row of device data as the column header and is finding duplicate data within two or more columns.

Resolution

Ensure that your import file has a column header row. The easiest way to create an import file 'template' is to first run an export of devices from CatTools to a tab delimited file.
