Install the Syslogd service

This allows you to install the Kiwi Syslog Server as an service if you are using Windows NT4, Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 2003.

You only need to install the service once.

After installing the service, you need to start it, using the Manage | Start the Syslogd Service menu option, so that it becomes active.
