Send Test message to local host (Ctrl-T)

This will send a UDP syslog message to 127.0.0.1 (localhost) to ensure the program is functioning correctly. The message is sent to the same port as the Syslog is listening on. To test the TCP setup of the program, please use SyslogGen from http://www.kiwisyslog.com/products/

The test message sent will look like this:

Kiwi Syslog Server - Test message number 0001

The number at the end will increment by one each time the test is performed.
