The functions represented by buttons at the bottom of the tabs, are activated by high-lighting the particular item in the grid that interests you, and then clicking on the button.
The same functions can be accessed by Right-Clicking on the particular entry of interest, which will reveal a context-sensitive drop down list, and then clicking the menu option desired.
