On the Activities tab, click New.
Select Connectivity.Ping test. Enter a unique Name. Leave the other options on this tab at their defaults.
Click on the Time tab.
Select, for instance, "Every 15 minutes" as the Recurring option in the Times box to run the activity every 15 minutes. Leave all other options on this tab at their defaults.
Click on the Devices tab.
Select the Devices you want to Ping test from your CatTools Host.
Click on the Options tab.
Check the "Only record Ping failures" box. Leave all other options on this tab at their defaults.
Click the OK button.
