The Activity tab contains the following options:
Type drop down list select the desired activity type
Note - no other fields of the dialogue can be entered until an activity type is chosen
Name text field enter the name for the new activity
Description text field enter the description of the new activity
Persistence drop down list select the persistence of the new activity
Report file path & file name enter the file-name or use the browse button ("...") to select a file
Over-write check box overwrite the existing report file each time activity is run
Client threads drop down list select the number of concurrent client application threads to use
