E-mail options:
Email errors from this activity: tick the box to receive e-mail if the new activity encounters any errors.
Use HTML e-mail: tick the box to receive errors e-mail in HTML format.
Alternative e-mail: enter an alternative e-mail address that will receive error e-mails
(if this field is left blank, any errors generated by the new activity will be e-mailed to the address entered under the File | Setup | E-mail | General Options tab, in the "Errors:" field)
E-mail statistics/reports from this activity: tick the box to receive e-mail of any statistics and/or reports generated by the new activity
Use HTML e-mail: tick the box to receive statistics/reports e-mail in HTML format
Alternative e-mail: enter an alternative e-mail address that will receive statistics/reports e-mails
(if this field is left blank, any statistics or reports generated by the new activity will be e-mailed to the address entered under the File | Properties | E-mail tab, in the "Stats/Reports:" field)
Attach additional report with sortable columns: tick the box to receive an additional report attached to the e-mail in HTML format with sortable columns
By default, the e-mail tick-boxes are all ticked but the alternative address fields are left blank. This means that all errors and statistics and reports are sent in HTML format to the default addresses listed on the File | Properties | E-mail tab.
