The Type: drop-down list enables you to choose the type of activity you wish to set up.
The Name field identifies the activity and should be unique.
The Description can be filled out with more detail about the purpose of the activity.
The Persistence lets you set up a permanent activity, or one that you only wish to run once.
The Report file defines where the output from the activity is saved to.
The Overwrite existing report allows you to append to reports as well as create fresh reports.
The Client threads field allows you to choose the number of simultaneous activities for load balancing purposes.
